PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 19, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will travel to Turkey at the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoan. This was announced by Fahrettin Altun, Head of the Communications Directorate of the Turkish Presidency.
According to Altun, the visit will include an inauguration ceremony for a residential complex named the "Azerbaijani district" in the city of Kahramanmara. The project was jointly developed by Turkey and Azerbaijan following the devastating earthquake in February 2023, reports APA.
Altun also stated that the presidents will discuss current regional developments and Turkish-Azerbaijani relations during the visit.
On June 20, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is also set to visit Turkey at Erdoan's invitation.
