BEIJING, Sept. 19 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Friday sent a congratulatory message to Edi Rama on his reelection as Albanian prime minister.
China and Albania enjoy a traditional friendship and steady development of bilateral relations, Li said, adding that China appreciates Rama's long-term efforts to promote practical cooperation between the two countries.
Li said he looks forward to working with Rama to strengthen the traditional friendship, deepen cooperation in various fields and elevate China-Albania relations to new heights, thereby better benefiting the people of both nations.
