6.2-magnitude quake hits Dodecanese Islands, Greece: GFZ

NEW YORK, June 2 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.2 jolted Dodecanese Islands, Greece at 23:17:28 GMT on Monday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 64.4 km, was initially determined to be at 36.59 degrees north latitude and 28.30 degrees east longitude.
