BEIJING, Feb. 5 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Super League (CSL) club Dalian Yingbo announced the signing of North Macedonia player Isnik Alimi on Wednesday.
The newly-promoted CSL side signed Alimi on a reported 400,000-euro deal with Sepsi OSK of Romania.
"As a versatile midfielder good at both attack and defense, Alimi will further bolster Dalian Yingbo's midfield depth and enrich its tactical options," the Dalian side said in a statement.
The 31-year-old midfielder got his first call-up by the North Macedonia national team in September 2023 and had to wait until June 2024 to score his first goal for the national side in a friendly with the Czech Republic.
The CSL 2025 campaign will start on February 22, and Dalian Yingbo will travel to face Zhejiang FC in its season opener.
